Please take a moment to read and understand these terms and conditions.

WeZellar only allows exchanges for items of the same value 

Or with a higher value and only after buyer settles the variance cost and additional shipping fee of the Returned and Exchanged.

Replacements for items of lesser value can be considered only if you agree to forfeit the price difference and require an additional return shipping fee.

Damage or package alteration due to shipping is the courier's responsibility and is not covered by our return and exchange policy.

We will not send the item back nor refund the amount for any returned or exchanged item that does not comply with our policy.

Items returned or exchanged due to manufacturing defects are accepted within 2 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Take a video of the package unboxing and send it as proof.
  2. The item is in its original packaging and order receipt.
  3. The product is unworn, unused, and unaltered.
  4. The buyer should secure the packaging and drop off the item at the nearest courier.
  5. Return to seller shipping cost is at the buyer's expense, while return to buyer is covered by the seller.
